Founded in 2013, Greenlight now has over $70,000,000 worth of real estate in the design phase, with several projects finished and currently under construction.
With a wide knowledge base, Greenlight has been commissioned for projects covering many different practice areas including multifamily, medical, retail, and custom single family residences in the North Texas area.
Upon the founding of the studio, Greenlight has produced each project using the latest technology in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Autodesk Revit, providing a higher level of coordination and cost control to our clients. This leveraged with rendering software gives us the capability of up-front quality visualizations for each project, ensuring our clients expectations are met and exceeded. Our commitment to technology doesn’t end there – with investments in communications platforms and mobile technology, we strive to keep the design and implementation as transparent and responsive for our clients.
In less than 36 months, Greenlight Studio has grown to a practice with a strong client base and backlog and is poised for sustainable growth in the coming years with a purpose of giving back to the community through its works with foundations and local organizations.
